How To Make Cup Cake
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tea spoon . vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups all- purpose flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Cream together the butter with the sugar until light and moist.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix it in.
- Add the eggs (one at a time) to the batter. Mix it well
- Add the flour with the baking soda and milk. Mix well until all bits of flour disappear.
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- Line your cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
- Add the batter into the cupcake liners. Fill them half up.
- Bake the cupcakes for 15-20 minutes. Insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean your cupcakes are done.
- Let them cool for a few minutes in the pan then take them out.
- Serve.
